For Mental Health Professionals

Give your clients a companion
between sessions

Mooduna may help your clients track moods daily, so they come to sessions with real data — not just memory.

Downloadable Therapeutic Report

Your client can share a detailed PDF of their mood trends, tag patterns, and step correlations directly with you. Available as part of Mooduna Premium.

Crisis Detection Between Sessions

If a client writes something concerning in their journal, Mooduna immediately guides them toward crisis resources. Covers 25+ languages and coded language.

Pattern Recognition

Clients discover their own triggers through mood-tag correlations — sleep quality, exercise, work stress, social activity — all tracked and visualized.

Breathing & Gratitude Built In

Breathing exercises, gratitude journaling, and wellness prompts keep clients engaged in their wellbeing practice between visits.

AI Reflection Chat — Not a Therapist

Mooduna's AI offers supportive, empathetic reflections. It never diagnoses, never prescribes — it encourages self-awareness and professional help when needed.

Severity Tracking

For clients experiencing stress, anxiety, or depression, a 1-10 severity scale tracks intensity over time — giving you concrete data for treatment planning.

Premium for Your Clients — Paid by You

As a therapist, you can purchase Mooduna Premium access for your clients. Instead of asking each client to subscribe individually, you cover the cost — and they get instant access to every Premium feature.

Plans are recurring quarterly subscriptions (auto-renew every 3 months) and start from just $2.99/client/month for a single client. The more clients you add, the lower your per-client cost — down to $1.99/client/month for 50 clients.

How it works: After subscribing, you receive a unique invite code. Share it with your clients — they enter it in their Mooduna Settings, and Premium is activated instantly. You can manage your client list from your Therapist Dashboard.

Cancel anytime. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that, all linked clients will lose their Premium access. You can always re-subscribe to restore it.

Beyond Mood — Lifestyle Intelligence

Your clients don't just log a mood. They tag the lifestyle factors behind it — giving you data you'd normally spend sessions uncovering.

Smart Nudges — Gentle, Not Aggressive

Mooduna doesn't just collect data — it notices patterns and gently checks in. If a client logs alcohol, conflict, or bad sleep X times in a week, they receive a compassionate nudge. Not every week — once, then a cooldown before checking in again. No pressure.

The system is condition-aware. A client with insomnia won't be nudged about bad sleep — they already know. A client with diabetes gets a gentler, earlier check-in about sugar intake. Clients who selected depression or anxiety as conditions are given more space before receiving mood-streak nudges.

The result: your clients feel supported, not surveilled. And the Lifestyle Breakdown in their insights shows exactly which habits are "Mood Boosters" and which are "Watch Outs" — data that enriches your sessions.
