Mooduna may help you spot patterns between your mood, habits, and symptoms — such as stress, or daily routines — so you can better understand potential triggers over time.
How do I track my mood in Mooduna?
You can log your mood in a few taps, then optionally add habits, symptoms, or notes. Over time, Mooduna helps you spot patterns and insights.
Do I need to log both mood, habits, and signals?
You can start with just your mood. But if you want meaningful insights, adding habits and signals makes a big difference.
Can I use Mooduna as a journal?
Mooduna includes an optional journaling feature. You can add notes to your daily mood entries, reflect on what happened during your day, and build a personal record over time.

Mooduna AI is an optional reflection chat where you can explore your moods. It's designed as a supportive space — not a replacement for professional help.
How can I get the most out of Mooduna?
• Track consistently for better insights
• Combine mood, habits, and symptoms
• Review your insights regularly
Does Mooduna give real insights or just charts?
Mooduna goes beyond charts and summaries. It looks for patterns in your mood, habits, and daily life, and turns them into clear, human-readable insights — like "Your mood tends to dip after poor sleep" or "You feel more stable on days with more time outside."
